MEET NICHOL
I joined Hourglass Solutions in 2017 with three other amazing entrepreneurs. As an owner and Sales Manager, I am here to render quality and service to the community. The most rewarding part of my day is building relationships, followed closely by making our patrons happy.
Over my twenty-plus year in business, all of them have been directed towards customer service. Whether operating my own concrete business (Fargo, ND), marketing real estate (Tomah, WI), selling new and used cars (Fargo, ND), or retailing glass and windows (Dallas, TX), I believe that there is only one boss … the customer! I aspire to live up to this notion by making sure that no matter how small or tall the order, your business is our business.
And, when I’m not keeping busy with work or home projects in Irving with my family, you can find me enjoying four-season grilling and frequenting Topgolf where my driving force is in full swing.
MEET CAIN
I’m so blessed to be a part of Hourglass Solutions. I bring 12 years of distribution experience to our diverse team. I have experience at every level of the warehouse distribution business and know what it takes to be successful.
I have a beautiful wife and four children who have been nothing but supportive through this endeavor. My dad has been my role model and the key part of my success thus far in my life. He is not only an investor but he has instilled a competitive, tenacious work ethic in me.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family watching football, fishing, golfing and hosting cookouts.
MEET KARI
Kari brings several skills as one of the owners and is a crucial part of the Hourglass team. You can find Kari in the warehouse, making sure our customers receive quality glass on time, rain or shine.
Kari grew up in small-town Minnesota before moving to Dallas. She is the mother of two amazing children and likes to spend her time with her family, cheering on the Vikings, and relaxing by the pool!
